Why we began
We started this journey because we saw something troubling! Brilliant, talented young people slowed down by doubt and a lack of guidance. Too many are trying to figure out life, careers, and skills on their own, with no roadmap and no one to ask. This is why IMN was created: to replace guesswork with clarity, mentors, and accountability so that growth becomes a normal experience, not something left to chance or luck.
Our posture is what we call “written in the confidence of a child.” Why? Because children are bold. They believe in possibilities without fear. They ask questions freely.
