Frequently Asked Questions

Fast answers to help you decide.

Who can apply?

This mentorship is open to undergraduates, fresh graduates, corps members, and young professionals across Africa who are eager to grow in skills, career, and leadership. Whether you are still in school, transitioning into the workforce, or already pursuing a career, you are welcome to apply.

Is the mentorship free?

Yes, The core mentorship is completely free for life. We believe that financial barriers should never stop young people from accessing guidance. In the future, optional premium add-ons may be introduced, but the foundation of our mentorship program will always remain free. Our only requirement is your commitment, consistency, and willingness to learn.

How long?

Our mentorship is designed as a lifetime support system. Once you join, you gain continuous access to a community of mentors, peers, and resources and you remain part of the community for as long as you want to grow.

How do I get matched with a mentor?

When you apply, you’ll share your goals, interests, and challenges, which will be reviewed. Based on this, we place you in the most suitable track and connect you with a mentor. Depending on your journey, you may receive one-on-one mentorship or group mentorship, with regular check-ins to track progress.

Do you help with jobs or clients?

The mentorship itself is not a job placement service, we actively support mentees with opportunities. This includes: 1. Sharing openings and client leads 2. Teaching professional outreach strategies 3. Reviewing CVs, applications, or proposals 4. Preparing you for interviews, pitches, or presentations Our focus is to equip you with skills, confidence, and networks that help you secure jobs, internships, or clients faster.

What makes this mentorship different?

Unlike many programs that focus only on short-term training, our mentorship emphasizes intentional growth that is free . We track in on skills, career, and leadership development in one program, pairing you with mentors who have walked the path you want to take. You don’t just get advice, you gain a community, accountability, and long-term guidance.

What is expected from mentees?

We ask only three things from every mentee: Commitment – Show up consistently for check-ins and sessions. Openness – Be willing to learn, receive feedback, and try new approaches. Action – Apply what you learn, track your progress, and share your results. The more committed you are, the more value you will gain from your mentor and the community.
